Welcome to our charming neighborhood, where tranquility meets convenience. Located just outside the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine, our property offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the city’s vibrant attractions.

Our neighborhood exudes timeless charm, with majestic old oak trees draped in Spanish moss creating a picturesque, old-city ambiance.

You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds here: a serene setting that provides a restful escape, yet you’re only a short drive away from the lively streets, historic sites, and delightful dining and shopping options of downtown. Within just a few minutes, you can immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of America’s oldest city.

For beach lovers, you’re in for a treat! Our location puts you within a quick 10-15 minute drive of several beautiful local beaches. Whether you’re looking to soak up the sun, take a refreshing swim, or enjoy a scenic stroll along the shore, you’ll find the perfect spot to unwind and embrace the coastal lifestyle.

We’re excited for you to experience the best of both worlds during your stay and discover why our neighborhood is the perfect base for exploring all that St. Augustine has to offer.

While our property is not located directly near the train tracks, St. Augustine’s charming train system occasionally brings the sound of passing trains that can be heard from most of part of the city. Many guests find it adds to the character of the area, but we like to mention it for those who may be particularly sensitive to sound. Additionally, as we are in a residential neighborhood, you might spot friendly neighbor pets like cats, dogs, and even roosters during your stay.

We kindly ask that no pets be brought to the property due to severe owner allergies. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!
