Why we built this

We fell in love with St. Augustine and wanted to share it the way we experience it, not as tourists passing through, but as people who know the quiet streets, the best light at dawn, the restaurants worth the walk. We built Sunshine Escapes around homes we'd actually want to stay in ourselves, each one chosen for its character and location. You'll find us responsive, honest about what each place offers, and genuinely invested in your stay.

We're not a big management company running dozens of homes on autopilot.
